What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? KY
I won a judgment in May 2012. I have not received any money so I tried to take her back to court and they were not able to deliver her summons. They can't tell me why. I am wanting to file the papers to have it directly taken from her bank account. I know what bank she used when I worked for her 2 years ago. Is there a way to make sure that is still her bank? If not what will happen if I file the papers and that is no longer her bank?
