What is the name of your state ? Nova-Scotia, Canada.

I have a court on Tuesday and don't know how to defend. I was woken up at 5 am (couple months ago) by two police officers, apparently I was being too loud, sleeping. My two roommates ran so I had to take the ticket.

My other roommate had a ticket before that he won yesterday because there "wasn't sufficient information on the ticket" but I'm not sure I'm going to be that lucky. Anyone know how I could defend?

I'm not sure of the laws for tickets but there's no signature from the officers, I dunno...
