Anywhere from 15 minutes to never. A judgment just gives someone the right to legally collect on a debt, the court does not enforce the judgment.

The plaintiff is given a number of options including garnishing wages, levying bank accounts or seizing assets. The plaintiff can also place liens on real property. If the plaintiff does not have the info to do the above, they can call the debtor in for a debtor's exam, the debtor must turn over info such as their employer, bank account numbers and provide info related to assets.
