What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I am in CA, Los Angeles. I have been waiting for a simple judgment on a auto accident for 3 1/2 weeks now. What is the legal time period the judge has to make a judgment.
Thank You

no time limit per se

but for most state courts, it's unwritten that in 3 months the decision must be given. Yes, 3 months. In federal courts, its 6.
