What is the name of your state? Massachusetts

When you, as the plaintiff, want to sue someone in small claims court, how long do you have to file the paperwork? Is there a time limit on the process or can you bring it anytime within the statue of limitations for collecting a debt?

Thanks.

My response:

As long as you file your Complaint with the court within the Statute of Limitations, you're "good to go."
