What is the name of your state? Wisconsin
I am being sue for a dispute over a rural fence in Wisconsin. I am thinking about countering the plantiff.
How much time do I have to counter sue in the state of Wisconsin in a Small Claims Dispute? I have had 2 status meetings and I have a pretrial conference set for April. Can I send an ammended "answer" letter with a counter claim up until the pretrial conference?
