What is the name of your state?Minnesota. The Judge suggested that I put a lien on the defendents property to strike "red flags" on his credit report. According to his Order for Disclosure form, all he owns is his trailer home(worth $6100.00), a car(worth$1000.00), and wages of $1300.00 per month. (I can't go after any of this!) He has no checking or savings account and is self-employed. Am I able to put a lien on his property, and if so, how do I do this?
