I need to take someone to small claims. But he have been hiding from me. I am suing in Los Angeles county, and I am aware there are a few different ways to serve in that county, but the problem is that I can't track the guy down. Here is the information I have on the individual:

1. Legal Name
2. Known P.O Box number (no physical address)
