What is the name of your state? NJ

In the case where a state statue empowered public school principals in NJ to suspend students up to 10 days without any notice or hearing, and a student was suspended for 10 days, was due process denied in this case (If no other information were available)?

But if you have a real situation, post it in the education law forum.

This has nothing to do with small claims.
