I was in a relationship we had broken up we had bought a car together. I have proof that I paid for the car, the car is in her name. Do I have the right to own that car. Or is it a loss from the money that paid

If the car is in her name only, then I don't see that you have the right to own the car. If it was in both of your names, for example, your name AND her name, then you might have a bit of a legal edge.
