What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nathan from indiana. I went to small claims court the plantiff did not show so the judge dropped the case. I received a few weeks later a judgement from another townships small claims court stating that I was found guilty. Is it legal for a plantiff to take you to court in more than one small claims courtroom for the same dispute? Please advice me.
