I paid $1500 bond for what I thought was a friend of mine, in November 05. Also paid $500 in restitution for him. There was a verbal agreement between us that he would pay my loan payment that I took out for him. He has made payments until last month. I have reciepts from paying his bail bond and restitution to his attorney. I'm uncertain if that will even hold up in small claims court.
