I was in a relationship we had bought a car together. I have proof that I paid for the car. The thing is the car is in her name. Do I have rights to the car, or am I at loss for the money I paid for the car. The total is 7000.00.

It sounds like something a judge would have to straighten out in small claims court if there is a dispute as to who paid with whose money and if it was a "gift".
