i'm in ohio. i got ripped off by a logger who took my timber but didn't pay a cent. the guy died at age 34. I filed a claim against the estate and won.
I got a judgement. I went to the court and filed for a lien. the woman said it will cover all real estate that he owns. When i check the properties on a computer nothing shows up. if i search his name in the clerk of court computers it comes up.
If nothing comes up on the real estate searches what's to stop properties from being sold without me getting paid what i'm owed???
