How do you calculate interest on a monetary judgement (example $10,000 + 12% interest)? Simple or compound or ??? The judgement was entered as "12% per annum".

Most states changed there formula from simple to compound in the past few years. I suggest you contact the court and ask which is appropriate for your judgment. Then, 'google' the calculation for simple or compound interest.
