What is the name of your state? IL

Me and my husband had a judgement against us and we thought we had it paid off but when my husband talked to the other party they are saying that we still owe them $191.00 of interest but the paperwork from what she had sent to are work shows the interest was included in the total amount of the judgement. Can she do this?

Also, the judge that ruled on this case has no excused himself from this case because he knows the other party involved. I don't think he should have ruled on the case to begin with. Am I correct?

Judegment

I was keeping track and I have the paper that she sent to my work showing how much the judgement was for.
