What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas
We won a judgement in small claims court from a retired gentleman who had us build a house and refused to pay. What can we do to get our money for the judgement. Told that a writ would not work since in Guadalupe County it is small claims court. We have his bank info, he has 4 horses, 3 vehicles and two houses. 1 is his homestead and the one we worked on is not, they are listed in a family trust does this matter
