What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IA
I just recived notice of a judgement debtors exam. It says they want bank records title ect. My question is I dont have any vehicle in my name since I dont drive but my wife does also my bank account is in both names. Are they allowed to attatch to things she owns when she is not listed in the judgment?
Also I have a business can they go after assest for that?
