judgement /wage garnishment

I recently had a judgement against me to pay off a private loan through a relative that I got behind on payments. Instead of waiting for me to make payments she issued a wage garnishment. It is taking my employer some time to get the garnishment in place. Meanwhile I'm being harassed by her and now she is saying she is going to repossess my car. Can she legally do this since she has already sued me and the garnishment is in place?
