I live in Florida. A morgage company got a judgement agaist me with out notifing me. Now they are theating me with garnishing my wages.

Can they due that? I am the head of household since my wife is not employed. (Home with the kids)

How can I protect my wages?

Have you actually confirmed that there is a judgement?

Is the judgement in Florida or from another state?

If the judgement exists you need to contact the court and get a copy of the file. Once you have the facts then someone may be able to help.
