Can I ask a judge to review the judgment amount?
How much trouble am I in if I don't send my financial affidavit to the plaintiff? Can I get arrested for not giving the plaintiff my affidavit? I want to work something out with him but I don't want this abusive x to have the title of my car and bank account #.
Can the plaintiff take my car away for a $1400 balace on a judgment? My car is worth about $3000.
