What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado

Hi:

We won a small claims court case against a person/dba as a company and have not been able to get anything and the judgment expires in August.

A local company said they will go after the guy for "free" and if they find something we split it 50/50. I am fine with that as I was going to let it expire so what the heck...it can't hurt.

My question is do WE share the judgment with the local company or do I sign it completely over to them? If we sign it over to them how would I ever be able to know if they found something and they are sharing it?

Thanks!

Mitch
