I asked for a male toy poodle. Kennel assistant brought me three dogs to choose from. I give her $300 and I am on my way. Kennel owner calls me a week later after we are attached to dog and says you have a female. And I want you to bring the dog back or give me $100 more. I told her nope dog stays it was your mistake but I will give you $50 more. I got her buisness card that the assistant wrote on the back.
"Paid $300 to .......... for pocket poodle. date
Other papers say no cash refund sale as is.
She has not given me registration papers but I don't want them.
What can I do or what can she do to me??
