What is the name of your state?Kentucky
I need help with what to file when. I received a Complaint, to which I filed an Answer and Countercomplaint. Then, the attorney filed an Answer denying every claim in my Countercomplaint. I then filed another Answer and Countercomplaint, not knowing what else to file. I just received a Motion to Strike Defendant's countercomplaint. It states in the letter that according to Kentucky Statutes, I was not allowed to file another Answer and Countercomplaint to the attorney's Answer. What should I do now? Can I still file another Answer? Do I need to file a Motion to dismiss their motion???
