Okay. I moved out of my apartment 12/1/06. I don't think I gave a full month's notice but he knew by 11/10 I was moving. I moved out came back on the 3rd to clean. He was well aware and had no problem.
NOW he's (claiming) to keep my full security deposit and charge me for the month of Dec. I know for a fact some one moved in by the 15th of Dec. What are my recouses? I'm suing in sm. claims.
How to I get the new tentant to swear (leagally) that they moved in by the 15th and took the apt. as is.
