Hi I rented an apt about 6months ago i have a long version but short version first to see if anyone can please help. We both signed the lease payed to move in bills etc.... as of May 1st I moved out with someone else into another house and my roomate got someone else the landlord and all of us agreed he would take my spot all that stuff now they arent paying rent and the landlord is ready to sue is there anyway i can get my money back in this case he because he is at fault he pays the court fees do I have any hope? Thank You!
