Hi, I'm being sued. Idon't know how to respond to the court.
Do I explain whats happening? do I send copies of the paper work I have. I just don't know could you help me? Please Never been sued before, A collection agency for Dell don't they pay pennies on the dollar why do they want the full amount? because they may be awarded that amount?
