What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

my girlfriend is being sued by her previous landlord. He got a lawyer and it is set in motion plans to sue her. He came into her place of work and in front of everyone harrassed her about paying him money even after having a lawyer. March 13th 2012 he is on video at her work doing this and I was there as a witness as well. Are there laws against this?
Thank you for your time to whom it may concern

absolutely nothing against the law. first party collectors (collecting money owed to you) aren't bound by any laws. (accept assault.)
