What is the name of your state? New York State
I lent a "friend" $2,000 in Jan. of 2003. She agreed to pay me back each week at $150 or more. She has only paid $650 of it before she got fireed from her job. That was 2 months ago. Now she won't pay me untill she gets extra money. She paid in checks before (3) so I have a record of payment for $650. Is there anything I can do to get my money?

Thank you.

My response:

Okay, you said she doesn't have a job.

So, do you know how to - -

1. Squeeze blood from a turnip?

2. Use a Louisville Slugger Baseball bat?

3. Contact Louie "the Nose" Gambino?

wash your dishes

vacuum the carpet, make the beds (with little chocolates) and cook for two weeks...

(I was going to say 'polish your knobs' but the guys here wouldn't be thinking of doors if I had)
