In Oklahoma my Husband, myself and our minor daughter (who turned 18 before the court date) were defendants in a small claims case where we were being sued for damages caused by a party my daughter had while dog sitting for a friend. The judgement against my husband and i was $2,500 and then the judge granted another judgement against my daughter for the original amount that the plaintiffs asked for but he named me as "Next friend". Does this mean that i am liable for the amount that she owes? Thanks for any advice.
