What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
colorado. I had water mitigation for water leak in home. The company failed to monitor the drying process, such as taking moisture levels. Mold developed. We paid several thousand to another company for mold abatement. We tried to compromise with original company and paid half their bill but they then placed lien on home. What is my recourse? Tried to arbitrate through BBB but company refused.
