How do you file a small claims when I live NY, and the business is in TX? I have the UPS tracking information and the invoices. All of the merchandise was returned and their customer service department only credited $60 out of $189 that's due back. I've spoke w/ 2 supervisors who are outsourced in other countries. They don't care and they don't call back, email, nothing. It's been since January I had sent the items back. Help on how to file out of state. I know how to file in NY. Just not when I live in NY and the business is located in TX. Any website or link to download the forms?
