I won in smalls claims court and the man I took to court is mad so now he is completely ignoring me. He has a car painting business and he pays rent to someone for the shop he works in. He also may get money for an auto accident when someone hit his motorcycle. He has a motorcycle, a few broke down cars, a car he pays a note on. The painting is his only job that I know of but he rents a shop. He was a friend so this was a civil suit. The amount is 1500 that he owes me and I m entitled interest at 3%.
