I live in co and I got divoriced had a 4 bedroom home all my furniture in storage had a friend that had no furniture so I loaned it to him tell i got a place of my own. nothing in writing. now I have been trying to get my stuff back for 7 months and he says he is keeping it. What can i do time just keeps passing. Please help

What can i do time just keeps passing.
Option 1: Contact the police and ask them to escort you to recover your property. You will need to have PROOF of your purchase.

Option 2: File a lawsuit against your friend for the CURRENT (depreciated) value of the property.
