What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? texas

I am being sued in a county 200 miles from the one I live in. It is for 1405 dollars plus court and collection fees. Should I happen to lose this case, what can they do to collect. The only property I own is homesteaded, and cash in bank and personal possessions probably dont exceed 30,000. what should I fear happening if I lose and cant pay the judgement? Any answers will help me sleep a little better. Thanks! AllenWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
