Hi, I am being taken to small claims court for loss of business. The claimant is a back yard breeder and I purchased a puppy from him that died (long story short). His business is not lisenced and he doesn't pay taxes on the sales of his puppes. I am curious to know how this will pan out in court being that he doens't have a legal business, he is just doing business as a certain name. Any links to info on this would also be helpful, I couldn't find anything. Thanks!
