What is the name of your state? Indiana

I have owned a small incorprated business for a little over a year now and lost a small claims decision for $800. First of all they have me named on all the paper work and not the business. I tried to tell the clerk but she didn't fix and on the day we went to court I told the judge the same thing but he ignored me to. Since my name was on the paperwork and not the business-would that be a reason to appeal the case? Or does it really matter?

Perhaps it was you being sued, not the business.

In any event, if the time for appeal has not run, you should appeal it if you feel it is incorrect.
