loud music 8-48020

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? new jersey
i was charged with loud music in my friends house!! had court date two days after, i could not make it i tried calling but had no answer!!
what can i do?
how can i pay the charged and how much is?
any help be thankful!

There's something seriously wrong with a person who blows off a court date, then claims that they tried calling, but there was no answer.

You go to the courthouse and explain the situation. And you don't whine about the consequences of your stupidity.

Also, turn your frickin stereo down. The noise is affecting your thinking. What does being in your friend's house have to do with disturbing the peace?
