What is the name of your state? Kansas
i need to know the procedural questions to ask as an attorney pro se and also how to approach the court for it's assistance in collecting the judgment that was awarded. what constitutes costs that can be added to the awarded judgment? is there a statute of limitations on the collection of a judgment that has been awarded? where can i go to find out about his bank account(s)? how can i track his employment history over the last three years? is kansas truly a community property state and if so, can i attach his spouses property to satisfy the judgment even tho it was issued before they cohabitated? Thank you for your assistance.

"i need to know the procedural questions to ask as an attorney pro se and also how to approach the court for it's assistance in collecting the judgment that was awarded."
*** The court will not 'assist' as they are not your attorney. The enforcement process is up to you (or your attorney) to pursue.

"what constitutes costs that can be added to the awarded judgment?"
*** Costs like process service, depositions, etc. are normally allowed. Costs like phone calls, travel time, hours spent, etc. are not.

"is there a statute of limitations on the collection of a judgment that has been awarded?"
*** Yes, it is five years in Kansas and can be renewed.

"where can i go to find out about his bank account(s)?"
*** There are no public sources for bank account information.

"how can i track his employment history over the last three years?"
*** There are no pubic sources for individual employment records.

"is kansas truly a community property state and if so, can i attach his spouses property to satisfy the judgment even tho it was issued before they cohabitated?"
*** Kansas is NOT a community property state.

"Thank you for your assistance."
*** You're welcome.
