Metal In Food - Filling Broke

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY

Is it possible to suit a food chain or some company that packages like cookies if theres a piece of metal in their food and I bite on it and it knocks my filling out?

I guess I should ask is it likely to win in court with something like this cause anythings possible..

have you even contacted the store or manufacturer of the product? suit may not be necessary. did you keep the package, food, and "metal"?

I kept the package and thing that I bit down on yes so I have proof.
