What is the name of your state? CA
I was sued on 1/24/2003 in small claims in San bernardino county
I filed an unlimited action on 1/30/2003 same county
I was sued by the same person for the same amount in orange county on 2/05/2003

Question, How do I make the motion to combine all of these in to the case I filed (unlimited in San Bernardino County Superior Court)?

How would this motion read exactly? How do I move a small claims case from one county to another?

Thanks
Stev
