my apartmnet complex just decided to enforce parking passes at my complex about a week ago due to many visitors taking parking spaces.. because of the floods that have hit tennessee i havent been able to make into the office to get a pass. Although im a resident who is on the lease, my car was still booted and the company was no help in fixing the matter although the management office told me they will take it off is that lawful????
