First of all, learn to read. NO CAPS. It's rude as hell and is equivilent to shouting.

Now, as to the small claims action against you, no, your house cannot be 'taken'. However, if you lose the case the winner can apply for a judgement lien on your home that will last for 10 years (depending on your state's laws) and be renewable for another 10.

If, in that time, you sell the house, then the judgement amount, PLUS INTEREST, will be deducted from any money you receive and paid to the lien holder.

In the meantime, if you lose, make damn sure you pay off the debt and get a release of lien.
