What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MI

In January I lost a case in small claims court and was ordered to pay X amount per month to the plaintiff. The judge set another date in six months for "review of payments".

I have made every payment. Is it necessary I attend the review court date? What if I don't?

1) Yup.

2) The plaintiff could claim he/she has received no payments. Nobody would be there to disagree.
