What is the name of your state? Nevada
I just won a civil suit against my ex girlfriend for $5000 for the upside down on a vehicle financed in my name. Basically, she agreed to pay off on a loan on a trade in on a vehicle. The trade in was upside down $4000. She stopped making payments on the car, so now the vehicle is upside down by $7000. This amount is currently under my name, but she is court ordered to pay me $5000. After the judgment, she filed bankruptcy. Now I have to find a way to get the money from her and prove to the bankruptcy court that this loan will still be outstanding with creditors. What can I do at this point to receive my judgment?
