I assume this post is the continuation of your other "Angry Studen" post regarding your technical school, which you locked. I assume also, that when you say externship that you mean an internship at some other company.

Can you post the exact language of the contract which details exactly what the technical school will do, and what you are to do, in regards to any internship?
