While the casual observer may believe a SMALL CLAIMS CASE
is a simple,
casual,
do-it-yourself kind of thing,
MY PENDING CIVIL MATTER is quite a DOOZY
even if I do say so,
myself.
Ive done a few half-hearted searches for an attorney who would take this on..
Not much luck with that, though.
Im afraid of making a mistake.
Yesterday, a Small Claims Advisor informed me
that any superfluous information, statements, or information may irritate the Judge..
In her opinion, the LESS documentation and "official" reports,
the BETTER.
..and I was so proud of all the evidence Ive compiled to back up my case..
(keep thinking back to the Clark/Dearden team..
beaming at the News cameras, announcing HOW CONFIDENT they were,
with their "Mountain of Evidence")..
I need a LAWYER.
But, if that isn't possible, I need ADVISE.
Hopefully, from someone who's been through this process a couple of times,
or is familiar with it all.
WHAT ARE THE CHANCES OF FINDING AN ATTORNEY
TO GO OVER ALL MY EVIDENCE AND DOCUMENTS..
SO ILL BE LESS ILL AT EASE..
I WANT TO WIN THIS.
Any thoughts?
Very much Obliged,
