What is the name of your state? California
I need to know if a liquor licence is considered real property and can I use an abstract of judgement against it?

A liquor license is NOT real property.
And no, you cannot place a judgment lien against it, however, you may be able to ask the court to instruct the debtor to 'turnover' the license until such time as it is paid.
