i had written earlier about letting my sister take over payments on my car and the loan is still in my name and it is still registered in my name.. and if i can get the car do u think i should get the police to go with me... also can i sue for the payment if they do give it back since it is like a week before the payment is due .... also they said they would take all of there parts off the car that they had replaced can they do that? because they cannot replace my parts because they dont have them thank you
