At what point in my Small Claims case do I introduce my Exhibits so as to properly follow procedure? I have attached them to my ansers to Defendant's Interrogs and Requests for Production...does that get them "in" or do I have to something more specific?

Thank you.

No that does nto get them in. Answers to discovery have nothing to do with what is introduced as an exhibit in court. You actually have to present them in court. Read your local rules and that should explain.
